Our Company

RARE Techs was established back in the late 90's during the explosion of the internet. In the early years, the company concentrated more on designing and hosting websites for both business and personal use (under the name RARE Web Design of California). RARE Techs' founder, Rene Ramirez, established this company as a low cost solution for those companies that did not have a lot of funding sources but still wanted to get their piece of the web.

The name RARE was chosen to depict the fact that this type of company with its strong customer service foundation, is a rare find. Many times customers feel like techs are unapproachable and condescending. At RARE we strive to give you the best customer service experience. We believe that NO question is too small to answer, and no one should feel intimidated to ask a question.
